Additional Ethereum(ETH) deposit in user wallets
PrixBit’s gathers cryptocurrency through Hot Wallet (1st) and Cold Wallet (2nd). When one does not have an asset but deposits an ERC20 token, the PrixBit system will automatically provide him/her with a small amount of the transfer fee in ETH. The transactions occurred were displayed in the deposit history leading to an idea that the user’s asset balance was increased.
The reason for this was because PrixBit’s system is architectured and designed to perfectly synchronize the actual blockchain history with the data table. This issue was addressed and fixed successfully.
Customer Complaints received during GRX pre-mining event
There were two major customer complaints that occurred during the event.
- In the order screen, the 'Orderable Balance' displayed was displayed late or there was a need to refresh the page.
We have identified the cause of this issue and will try our best to avoid any inconvenience going forward. We will continue to improve the user-friendliness of PrixBit.
- Poor customer support for the GRX pre-mining event participants
From the community, it was communicated that some faced difficulties as they deposited only a single kind of currency into PrixBit. In order to increase customer convenience, PrixBit will supply enough quantity of PAX during the GRX pre-mining event in 'PAX / KRW' market according to international price.
